Kings Caterers Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sales.

Customers are asked to check their tickets as soon as they are received, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
• All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of purchase including any applicable delivery charges.
• Every effort will be made to post tickets to the billing address provided within 5 working days from the date of payment, however Kings Caterers cannot guarantee this service for every booking due to circumstances beyond our control.
• If tickets are booked with less that 7 days notice before the show, customers are asked to collect their tickets in person.
• Tickets are only valid for the date and time stated on the ticket.  Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a performance is cancelled.
• Kings Caterers reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised programme or featured artists due to events beyond their control without prior notice or being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
• In the event of a show being cancelled, either a full refund will be offered or alternative arrangements will be made at the discretion of Kings Caterers. 
• Once tickets are posted to or collected by the ticket holder, Kings Caterers will not be held responsible for any loss of tickets.
• Only persons in possession of a valid ticket may be admitted to a show.
• The purchaser must provide Kings Caterers with the correct name and billing address.  If these details are incorrect Kings Caterers reserve the right not to process the booking.
• Kings Caterers reserve the right to place restrictions on the number of tickets available for any purchase.
• Kings Caterers reserve the right to refuse admission to ensure the safety if its staff and customers.
• Every effort will be made to admit latecomers during a suitable break, which may not be until an interval.
• Use of cameras, and video or sound recording equipment are strictly prohibited it in the Kings Hall at all times.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all premises at all times and any patron who breaks this condition may be asked to leave immediately.
• Only food and drink purchased at the Kings Hall is permitted inside the premises.  Food and drink is allowed during performances, but customers are asked to respect the performers. 
• Kings Caterers website contains links to related websites operated by parties other than Kings Caterers.  These websites are out of Kings Caterers control and customers proceed at their own risk.  Kings Caterers will not be held responsible for any content that is accessed through these links.
• Kings Caterers may collect, store, use and disclose personal details in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
• Please be aware that strobe lighting and smoke effects are sometimes used in performances.
