Ticket Agent Information
When acting as third party ticket agents, our fee is 10% of face value, subject to a minimum of £1.50 per ticket and a minimum of £250.00 plus vat per show This fee includes advertising, ticket printing, postage, debit/credit card charges and online costs. The fee is however subject to VAT GBP.
Should an event be cancelled, there will be a charge of £250 + VAT to cover costs of tickets printing, posters etc. For further details on tickets selling, please call our office on 01227 37 33 22 Mon-Fri 10am-4pm.
